Meet Paul Stewart
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I have been a personal trainer for three years. I have always lived an active and healthy lifestyle and I strive to achieve the same for my clients and friends. My degree in Exercise Science is from Columbus State. After college, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Past experiences include sport-specific training in fields such as rock climbing, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu. These techniques have given me a unique perspective when creating diverse and fresh fitness programs. I have worked with people of all ages and one of my favorite parts of training is watching my clients surpass their goals, reaching a level of fitness they didn’t think was possible.
Paul’s Training Style
After determining a client’s needs through the initial fitness assessment, I design a program suited uniquely to fit the needs of each individual client. I prefer to use free weights, body weight movements and suspension training over rigid machine work. Injury prevention exercises and extensive stretching methods are included in all of my programs. Functional gains, fun sessions and visible results are what my sessions are all about!

“It is with the utmost confidence that I would recommend Paul Stewart as a personal trainer. I’ve been training with Paul since August 2014, and it is the unparalleled exciting environment that keeps me coming back. Paul exhibits a unique fervor for personal training that establishes he truly enjoys his work, as well as a kindness that shows he’s just an overall awesome guy. Keeping my goals in mind, Paul actively constructs new workouts that challenge me to push myself beyond my limits. In addition to introducing new exercises, he also explains the effects of each movement, providing insight into the benefits of being physically active. The results I’ve seen from his training have given me a newfound confidence, and without a doubt it’s because of his extensive expertise, guidance and thoughtfulness. He introduced me to rock climbing, and it’s now one of my favorite things to do. I value Paul both as a personal trainer and a friend. Essentially, training with Paul is AWESOME. I look forward to our session every week. That is, until he says it’s time for push-ups.”Chase Bailey
“I have been training with Paul for almost six months now and I have truly loved every moment of it. Even the sore moments. And there are a lot of those. I am not a very in-shape person and had not had much experience in the gym. When I first spoke to Paul he listened to all of this and tailored the work outs to what I had told him I wanted. He always has a plan, even when he gives me the option of what I am working for the day, and sometimes just decides that what I am doing looks too easy and changes the plan. The best part about that is you know he is paying attention. 30 minutes fly by and I actually look forward to my appointments. In four months my clothes fit better, and I can now fit into shirts and pants that I haven’t worn in a very long time because they just did not fit. If someone wants a trainer that is motivational, fun and pays attention, you can’t go wrong with Paul.”Kevin
